James Bond Theme Song Intros, Part 5

The 2000s

The 21st Century has arrived for James Bond. And you can be sure that there is a lot of hints that the old James Bond might or might not be obsolete with the new Mi5 and Mi6 programs.

Die Another Day 2002

7 out of 10

Stars: Pierce Brosnan, Halle Berry, Rosamund Pike. And the bad guys… Rick Yune, Will Yun Lee, and Kenneth Tsang – all kick butt action stunt actors. Also Toby Stephens (Black Sails). And John Cleese shedding some humor to the movie as Q.

Die Another Day“: Composed by Madonna and Mirwais Ahmadzaï. Performed by Madonna.

Casino Royale 2006

9 out of 10

Stars: Daniel Craig, Eva Green, and Judi Dench. And Mads Mikkelsen as Le Chiffre.

As you can see by my ratings, I really like Daniel Craig as James Bond. The action scene at the beginning of this movie is what really gripped me. And the rest was good.

You Know My Name“: Composed by David Arnold and Chris Cornell. Performed by Chris Cornell.

Quantum of Solace 2008

9 out of 10

Stars: Daniel Craig, Olga Kurylenko (Hitman), and Mathieu Amalric.

Another Way to Die“: Composed by Jack White. Performed by Jack White and Alicia Keys.

Skyfall 2012

9 out of 10

Stars: Daniel Craig, Javier Bardem, Naomie Harris. And Judi Dench giving the role as M over to Ralph Fiennes.

This is a little of a heart breaker for me because of the ending with Judi Dench. I really liked her as M. So I was a little bit worried how Ralph Fiennes would take over as the new M.

Skyfall“: Composed by Adele and Paul Epworth. Performed by Adele.

Spectre 2015

9 out of 10 stars

Stars: Daniel Craig, Christoph Waltz, and Léa Seydoux. And Ralph Fiennes as the new M.

Loved it. I’ll be posting a separate review soon.

Writing’s on the Wall“: Composed by Sam Smith and Jimmy Napes. Performed by Sam Smith.
