TBR Tuesday

It’s TBR Tuesday time. Time to recap and see what I’ll be reading next.

This year I have been in a bit of a reading slump. Rereading a some favorite books has helped some. Last month it was Pride and Prejudice by Jane Austen, this month it was Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone by J. K. Rowling. Now I’ve read 75% of The Martian be Andy Weir. It’s been a good read so far and I’m looking forward to watching the movie.

This weekend I’m looking forward to a read-along that’s being hosted by The Edge of the Precipice. Jane Eyre is something that I’m not sure if I read or not. I have seen parts of the recent movie and the one before that. So I’m really looking forward to reading this book. So here’s to the upcoming read-along.

What are you reading this week?

Also I’ve sent off a message to WordPress about how I haven’t been receiving any of those milestone notices. Well they finally sent me my 500 Followers notice. Once again thank you to everyone who has followed, liked and commented on my blog. I’ve really enjoyed meeting all you fellow bloggers.

  1. Heyyy, congratulations on the 500th follower milestone. You’re a super nice blogger with lots of interesting things to say, so I’m glad your blog is getting the attention it deserves. Sorry to hear about the reading slump. 😦 This week I’m reading The 52nd (not that awesome, and I’m about to start listening to the audio book version of Lair of Dreams, which I’ve really been looking forward to!

  3. Congratulations on 500 followers! I haven’t read The Martian, but I saw the movie and enjoyed it very much.

I’ve just finished reading Bloq by Alan Jones (haven’t put up the review yet) and later today I’ll be starting Me and My Sisters by Sinead Moriarty.

  4. Congratulations!
Jane Eyre wasn’t the easiest read for me but it was definitely worth it. It has a lovely story with a little bit of mystery – I hope you enjoy it!
